Mentlix processes registration details such as your name, username, email address, and password hash. You may also provide a profile photo, profile details, learning goals, posts, comments, group activity, product ideas and reference links, referral code and attribution, mentor information, availability, and session details.

2. Learning and usage information

The platform records roadmap progress, problem attempts and solutions, revision activity, scores, login activity, system-design work, communication-practice sessions, learning group collaboration, and mentor bookings so it can provide and improve these features.

3. AI-assisted features

When you use AI voice practice, reviews, narration, or other generated features, relevant prompts, transcripts, and learning context may be sent to the configured AI service provider to generate the requested result. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information that is not needed for the exercise.

4. How information is used

• Provide authentication and secure account access.

• Enable community, learning-partner, group, and mentor features.
• Operate AI-assisted explanations and practice experiences.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve platform reliability.

5. Profile visibility

Information is shared according to the feature you use. Published mentor profiles are public. Learner photos and profile information may be visible to signed-in learners when you publish community content, seek learning partners, exchange a pending request, or share a learning group. Review profile and learning-partner settings before enabling discovery.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Mentlix uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform. Profile images are currently stored on the configured application filesystem. Information is retained while needed to operate the account, meet security or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and sessions

Essential cookies or similar storage are used to maintain your signed-in session, protect account access, and remember necessary platform preferences. Mentlix does not need advertising cookies to provide its core learning experience.

8. Your choices

You can update profile information and discovery preferences through the platform. You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information through the platform administrator, subject to applicable retention and legal requirements.

9. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when data practices or features change. Material updates will be presented with a new effective date.
