1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Mentlix, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Your account

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and notify the platform administrator if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Educational purpose

Mentlix provides learning tools, practice exercises, AI-generated explanations, community collaboration, and access to mentor profiles. It does not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, certifications, referrals, or the accuracy of every generated response. Review important technical and career decisions independently.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Harass, impersonate, threaten, or exploit another person.
• Post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the platform.
• Submit content or code you do not have permission to use.

5. Community and mentoring

Treat other learners and mentors respectfully. Group invitations, posts, comments, mentor bookings, and meeting arrangements must be used for legitimate learning purposes. Mentors are responsible for the guidance they provide, and learners remain responsible for their own decisions.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Mentlix permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform and to share it with the audiences you select through platform features.

7. Platform content and availability

Mentlix software, branding, learning materials, and curated content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The service may change, experience interruptions, or remove features and content. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

8. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be restricted or disabled when these terms are violated, when necessary to protect users or the platform, or when required by law. You may stop using Mentlix at any time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be presented in the platform, and continued use after the new effective date means the updated terms apply.
